What is EPF and ESIC Registration?

Steps for EPF/ESIC Registration

    • After verification, you’ll receive a 12-digit Establishment Code.

ESIC Registration:

    • Fill in employee and employer details and upload required documents.
  4. Receive Code:
    • Post-verification, you’ll receive a 17-digit Employer Code Number.

Post-Registration Compliance

  1. EPF:
    • Monthly deposits of 12% of the employee’s salary (basic + DA) from both employer and employee.
    • Filing of monthly returns through the EPFO portal.
  2. ESIC:
    • Contribution of 3.25% by the employer and 0.75% by the employee.
    • Submission of bi-annual returns and maintenance of employee records.
