For ESIC Registration:

Steps for EPF/ESIC Registration
EPF Registration:
- Visit EPFO Portal:
- Go to the EPFO Website.
- Employer Registration:
- Create an account on the Unified Portal for employers.
- Fill Application:
- Complete the Employer Registration Form and submit required documents.
- Receive Registration Number:
- After verification, you’ll receive a 12-digit Establishment Code.
ESIC Registration:
- Visit ESIC Portal:
- Go to the ESIC Website.
- Sign Up:
- Register your business and obtain login credentials.
- Submit Application:
- Fill in employee and employer details and upload required documents.
- Receive Code:
- Post-verification, you’ll receive a 17-digit Employer Code Number.
Post-Registration Compliance
- EPF:
- Monthly deposits of 12% of the employee’s salary (basic + DA) from both employer and employee.
- Filing of monthly returns through the EPFO portal.
- ESIC:
- Contribution of 3.25% by the employer and 0.75% by the employee.
- Submission of bi-annual returns and maintenance of employee records.
